7 Strategies for Optimism
This week I thought I’d share this article written by Cynthia Kane. The article outlines “7 ways to be more optimistic (but still see things how they are).” I highly recommend checking it out–it’s got a great message and tons of research to support it, with links for further reading strewn within. In summary, Cynthia asks us to learn to believe, focus on the good, be flexible, see events as temporary, expect the best, watch how we respond to bad events, and know when to be pessimists.
